Psychologist with seventeen years of experience and scientific updating in legal and forensic psychology. The foregoing includes participation in oral trials, by carrying out expert reports at the request of a party, evaluations, reports or forensic psychological opinions and oral intervention (ratification) before judges, prosecutors and attorneys. This expert work applies to the areas of criminal, civil, family, labor law and juvenile offenders. In the same areas, I provide advice to carry out criminal and victim psychological profiles, advice to dispute or object to official opinions, cross-examine official psychologists or psychiatrists, dispute by presenting cross-expert reports, to challenge the credibility of the witness according to art. 403 of CPP, for the appreciation of the testimony (art. 404) and, adviser for the adequacy of the victim or witness to testify (art.383).
